Michael Ni is the founder and managing partner of Delphine Legal. A New York-admitted attorney, he has advised companies, founders, and investors on corporate and cross-border transactions since 2003.
His practice spans mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities, and serving as outside and fractional general counsel to founder-led and growth-stage companies. He began his career at leading international law firms, including Hogan Lovells and Clifford Chance, working on complex corporate transactions and government affairs matters.
